We’re a locally owned plumbing company backed by a national brand, and we're looking for a motivated, experienced Lead Plumber to join our team. We seek dependable professionals who are ready to lead with skill, integrity, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and light commercial plumbing issues
• Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations (water heaters, pipe systems, fixtures, etc.)
• Lead and mentor apprentices on job sites
• Communicate clearly with customers, providing estimates and explaining recommended services
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards
• Complete detailed job notes and photos using mobile software
• Occasionally assist with job materials, scheduling coordination, and follow-up

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Louisiana Journeyman or Master Plumber License (required)
  
• 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
• Clean, professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Ability to supervise and train apprentice plumbers
• Experience using Housecall Pro or similar field service software is preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or crawlspaces
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
