PositionEquipment Operator at Hydroline
, a Synergen company, for the Haynesville district.
- Operate CTL to deploy lay‑flat hose, placing road crossing and manifolds where needed.
- Properly inspect and maintain equipment which includes but is not limited to daily greasing, monitoring all fuel levels, taking note of any damage occurred, and ensuring adequate service intervals.
- Attend and participate in rig up and rig down meetings and ensure full understanding of the plan and can properly communicate the plan to teammates.
- Constantly communicate with Foreman on progress, changes, and needs for executing project plan.
- Ensure the compliance of company policies and standards are always followed, i.e., JSA’s, equipment inspections, checklist, etc.
- Ensure work is executed to the highest standard while meeting the customers’ expectations and is done safely and compliantly.
- At least one year of experience in Water Transfer preferred.
- Current Driver’s License that allows driving a vehicle with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 10,001 pounds or greater.
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
- Current safety certifications to include PEC, H2S, Forklift, First Aid/CPR preferred.
- Excellent and clear communication to safely and efficiently complete job tasks with team members.
- Lead by example, teach, motivate, and mentor team members, and execute daily goals.
- Drive a culture where our equipment and work is organized, clean, and presentable.
- Use hands or fingers; handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.
- Work environment includes working outdoors in elements/weather.
