The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) seeks a Mechanic 3 for District 04 HQ Repair Shop. The incumbent will operate electronic scanners, engine analyzers, exhaust analyzers, oscilloscopes, testers, meters, and radios.
Requires ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance with or without supervision and to handle tires, brakes, shocks, and struts. Starting salaries by level are Mechanic 1 $ 17.18/hour, Mechanic 2 $ 19.67/hour, Mechanic 3 $ 21.05/hour.
