This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant looking to manage a varied portfolio of clients while playing a key role in mentoring junior staff and supporting business growth.

The Role You will work closely with a diverse range of small and medium-sized businesses, delivering high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and review of statutory year-end accounts Managing Corporation Tax, VAT, and Self-Assessment compliance Producing management accounts, budgets, and forecasts Providing financial analysis and business performance insights Supporting client decision-making through clear financial reporting Mentoring and reviewing work of junior team members Contributing to internal process improvements About You ACCA / ACA / CIMA qualified (or finalist) Previous experience within an accountancy practice preferred Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting and tax regulations Confident in client-facing environments Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
