We are looking to appoint an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated and successful school. Working in our main school office you will come into daily contact with our parents and staff so, as well as having administrative experience in a school, you will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills and have a friendly, outgoing manner.
This is a temporary, part-time role working 18.5 hours per week, on a term‑time only basis until 31 August 2026.

- Have experience of working in a school.
- Have experience of working in a busy office.
- Have excellent personal, administrative, and organisational skills.
- Be able to plan and prioritise own workload, meeting set deadlines.
- Have the ability to maintain a calm, positive and professional manner at all times.
- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
- Generate excellent relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
- A salary of £10,693 - £11,032 per annum (OLOL Band 2 scale points 3-5).
