Residential Conveyancer

Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a long-established and highly reputable legal practice in their search for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their Boston based team.

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion
• Prepare and process searches, contract documentation, enquiries and completion formalities
• Liaise with clients, estate agents and third parties to ensure a smooth transaction process
• Generate new work, convert quotations and identify opportunities for cross-referral
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal procedures and financial controls

• Experienced Conveyancer with proven ability to manage a busy residential caseload
• Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process and relevant legislation
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Confident communicator with a strong focus on client care and relationship building
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
