We are recruiting dedicated, patient, and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our education supply agency, working across primary and secondary schools
, as well as specialist and alternative provision settings throughout Boston and the wider Lincolnshire area.

• Supporting pupils with SEND

• Supporting pupils with emotional, behavioural, or additional learning needs
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (school, care, or support setting)
• A calm, patient, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• SEN or Teaching Assistant qualifications desirable but not essential
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
