The Role

Aspire People is working closely with a primary school in Boston who are looking for a teaching assistant to work with a Year 3 child.

Requirements

Experience working with children or young adults (desired); level 2–3 TA qualification (highly desirable)
Be able to motivate and inspire pupils to achieve their full potential
Warm, kind, patient personality with endless energy and enthusiasm
