Just Teachers Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school in the Boston area for a flexible and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis from September 2026.
The role involves working across the school, supporting pupils of different ages, abilities and additional needs, and adapting teaching with confidence to suit every classroom and learner. You will provide small-group and occasional 1:1 support, helping maintain a positive learning environment.
