If you are a Psychology graduate who is curious about a future in Educational or Clinical Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, or simply want to gain hands‑on experience supporting young people, this is for you.
We are looking for kind, thoughtful graduates ready to support pupils with additional needs across schools in Boston. You don’t need extensive experience—just the right mindset, a bit of patience, and a genuine interest in SEN (Special Educational Needs). Think autism support, emotional regulation, sensory needs, and a whole lot of one‑to‑one encouragement.
Roles start right away or we can place you for September 2026.
What You’ll Be Doing- Supporting students with ASD, SEMH or PMLD throughout the school day
- Helping out with interventions and small‑group work
- Maintaining a calm demeanour and being an adult the children can rely on and trust
- Working alongside teaching and support staff to create a positive, structured environment
- A Psychology degree (or relevant field)
- A calm, flexible approach. No two days are the same
- Bonus points if you have worked with children or adults with SEND, though not essential
- A genuine interest in helping young people thrive
