Aspire People in Boston is seeking Psychology graduates to support pupils with additional needs across schools in Boston. You don't need bags of experience—just the right mindset, patience, and a genuine interest in SEN.
Roles start right away or as placements in September 2026. You will work with students with ASD/SEMH/PMLD, assist interventions, and help create a calm, structured learning environment alongside teaching staff.
