Simply Education is seeking qualified and passionate Class Teachers to join our supply team, working in primary schools across Boston and the surrounding area. Whether you're looking for day-to-day cover, block bookings, or a longer-term placement, we have opportunities to suit your preferences and experience.

We have full time, part time, short term and longer term placements available. Let us know your preferred phase - EYFS, KS1 or KS2 - and we'll match you with schools and opportunities that fit what you're looking for.

As a Supply Class Teacher, you'll take responsibility for planning and delivering engaging lessons, managing the classroom, and supporting pupils progress in line with the school's curriculum and policies. Depending on the placement, this could include:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons or your own planning for longer-term bookings
• Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment
• Supporting pupils academic, social, and emotional development
• Working closely with teaching assistants and other school staff
• Adapting quickly to different school environments and routines

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 (please let us know your preference or areas of strength)
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport with pupils quickly
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across different schools
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
