An established and fast‑growing UK food manufacturer is seeking an Engineering Team Leader to support a highly automated production facility. This is a key leadership role, combining hands‑on engineering expertise with people management responsibility in a busy, regulated environment

Role & Responsibilities:

Majority of the work is hands on
PPMs and breakdown of machinery
Responsible for a small team of engineers on shift
Maintenance of industrial machinery

Knowledge,

Skills & Experience:

Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Industrial Engineering background
