Engineering Shift Leader (Electrical Bias) £50,000 - £56,000  Bonus  Overtime At Enhanced Rate  Training  Company Benefits Old Leake, Boston Are you a hands-on maintenance engineer looking to step into a management position? where you will be provided with in house training to develop your skills, along with regular overtime to boost your income, give you ability to make improvements, and support you in leading engineering activity across a busy production site?

In this varied role, you will lead engineering activity while carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across automated milling, process and packing equipment, conveyors, motors, drives, extruders, mixers, ovens, boilers, hydraulics, pneumatics, site services, and electrical supplies.

You will diagnose breakdowns, minimise downtime, complete maintenance records through a CMMS system, support improvement projects, and work closely with production teams to optimise equipment performance. This role would suit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer or Engineering Team Leader with electrical and mechanical maintenance experience who is looking for a 4 on 4 off shift role, ongoing training, overtime, and the chance to make a real impact within a growing FMCG manufacturing environment.

The Role:

· Leading engineering activity across a busy FMCG manufacturing site
· Planned and reactive maintenance, breakdowns, CMMS records, and improvement projects
· 4 on 4 off shift pattern, days and nights, with overtime available

The Person :
· Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, Engineering Team Leader, or similar
· Electrical and mechanical maintenance experience within FMCG or manufacturing
· Commutable to Old Leake, Boston Reference:BBBH
