Job Role &Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a busy FMCG manufacturing environment, working as part of a forward-thinking engineering team during an exciting period of investment and change. You'll be responsible for maintaining and improving a wide range of automated production equipment, with a strong focus on both electrical and mechanical maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys problem-solving, continuous improvement and developing their technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of production and site equipment.
Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults efficiently to minimise downtime.
Maintain automated, network-linked processing and packaging machinery.
Work with PLCs, inverters, control panels, electrical supplies and CMMS systems.
Maintain and troubleshoot conveyors, motors, drives, mixers, extruders, ovens and associated equipment.
Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, steam systems, pipework and valves.
Support continuous improvement and engineering projects across the site.
