Senior Graphic Designer

Our client, a player in the online sports space, is seeking a Senior Digital Designer to support high-growth performance marketing initiatives on a freelance basis. This is a full-time contract (40 hours per week) starting immediately.

About the Role

The designer will focus on creating digital-first assets across paid social, CRM, and performance channels. The ideal candidate is a production-minded designer who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings positive energy, and is excited to jump in as an extra pair of hands. Strong knowledge of sports is required, with prior sports or gaming industry experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital assets for paid social campaigns
• Create visuals for CRM initiatives (email headers, in-app notifications, etc.)
• Develop creative for digital OOH and other performance channels
• Adapt and scale base creative assets across multiple formats and platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand work

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of digital design experience, with a focus on performance and production work
• Strong portfolio showcasing paid social, CRM, and digital marketing assets
• Sports knowledge is a must; direct sports or gaming industry experience strongly preferred
• Positive, collaborative attitude with the ability to work quickly and efficiently
