Senior ITAD Technician / Team Leader

Boston, Lincolnshire Salary: £34K  Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (42.5hrs) Our client, a well-established and growing technology refurbishment business, is seeking an experienced Senior ITAD Technician / Team Leader to support and oversee its IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and Device Refurbishment operation.

Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of ITAD and refurbishment technicians Oversee secure data wiping, refurbishment, and disposal of IT assets Ensure compliance with data security, environmental, and health & safety standards Monitor productivity, workflow, and quality control Train and mentor team members Maintain accurate asset tracking and reporting Support continuous improvement initiatives across the department Requirements

Experience with in ITAD, IT hardware processing, device refurbishment, or a similar environment Previous team leadership or supervisory experience Knowledge of data sanitisation standards such as Blancco, ADISA, or equivalent Good understanding of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, servers, and networking equipment Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Experience within a refurbishment or production environment Relevant IT or data security certifications Inventory management system experience Knowledge of e-waste and environmental regulations
