Multi-Skilled Shift Maintenance Engineer, Fold Hill Pet, Old Leake, £54,000, Full-time, On-site Are you a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with at least a Level 3 electrical qualification? We have invested more than £10 million in our operations and infrastructure, and we are looking for a skilled, proactive engineer to help keep our pet food manufacturing site running safely and efficiently.

The role Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will work within our engineering team to maintain and improve the factory, site amenities and production equipment. You will have the autonomy to identify improvements, source parts through our stores and deliver practical solutions that enhance safety, reliability and performance. Key responsibilities
· Complete planned and reactive maintenance across automated processing, milling, packing and conveying equipment.
· Diagnose faults quickly, minimise downtime and support production teams.
· Maintain motors, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, ovens, boilers and site electrical systems.
· Contribute to improvement projects and maintain accurate records through our CMMS.
· Work safely and uphold all health and safety standards. What we are looking for
· At least a Level 3 electrical qualification.
· Strong multi-skilled electrical and mechanical maintenance experience.
· Experience in an FMCG or similar fast-paced manufacturing environment.
· A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and a passion for engineering. What we offer · £54,000 salary plus overtime opportunities, hourly paid and weekly
