Supply Chain Section Leader – Boston Meals ed near Boston, Old Leake, PE22 9PN
. Salary up to £32,000 per annum with a highly competitive rewards package including a Group Pension.

• To manage the day-to-day running of the logistics function and lead the team to ensure resources are managed and utilised effectively to achieve service levels and performance results.
• Encourage a safe working environment and enforce standards in line with the Group Health and Safety policy.
• Ensure team performance meets GMP, food safety, product quality and housekeeping standards.
• Manage performance and attendance including disciplinary action, performance reviews, and absence management.
• Coach and train operatives in all aspects of their role, including health and safety and quality standards.
• Ensure correct deployment of operatives, manage breaks and shift changeovers to maintain productivity.
• Maintain effective communication up, down and across the organisation.
• Participate with HR in staff recruitment and induction.
• Carry out administrative tasks and produce required data/reports (e.g., Protean, T&A, holiday management).

• Good organisational skills to allocate tasks and adjust manning levels as required.
• A driven attitude that achieves results.
• Strong verbal communication to brief and direct staff.
• Prior experience in supervising a team.
