Hybrid schedule (Downtown Boston) -- 2 to 3 days in office each week. 2 to 3 days WFH.
Duties & Responsibilities- Oversees team responsible for key financial functions related to revenue and receivables across various business areas.
- Ensures practices align with revenue recognition guidelines
- Identifies and addresses issues related to billing and revenue recognition
- Prepares and reviews reports and financial entries as part of regular accounting cycles.
- Supports the accurate and timely processing of financial documentation across projects.
- Acts as a liaison for both internal teams and external partners on matters related to financial operations.
- Provides guidance and support to staff, focusing on performance, growth, and overall team effectiveness.
- Tracks team output and communicates insights to leadership.
- Contributes to team development through coaching and training initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience required
- Proven leadership experience, particularly in navigating change and improving team outcomes.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while delivering consistent, high-quality results.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and inform decision-making.
- Familiarity with performance metrics and continuous process improvement.
- Experience leading teams through operational or process changes.
