This role operates on a rolling 4 days on/4 days off shift pattern from 06:00 to 18:00, requiring strong leadership and practical knowledge of production and quality assurance.
You will supervise daily production, train and mentor the team, and work with management to improve output while maintaining safety and quality standards.
