A community-focused church in Boston is seeking a Youth Ministry Lead to develop its vision for youth discipleship and engage young people in a faith-based community. The ideal candidate will have experience in Youth and Children’s Ministry, creative communication skills, and a passion for inspiring youth. This full-time position offers a salary between £28,000 and £32,000, with additional benefits including housing at reduced rent.
A six-month probationary period applies.
