Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and contact clients
• Maintain detailed records of client information and feedback for future reference
• Manage a portfolio of clients and foster strong relationships
• Meet activity metrics set by management
• Handle ongoing assignments to provide excellent service to clients and candidates
• Participate in local trade associations and networking events to enhance Roessel Joy Staffing LLC's presence in the community

Requirements

• BS/BA in business management, communications, or related sales field (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail
• Desire for growth and increased responsibilities
