Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Utilize value-based selling to prospect and close new business and manage the full sales cycle
• Coach, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize performance.
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Analyze sales data, forecast future trends, and adapt strategies to market shifts.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and promotions.

• Proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Sales or Business
• Experience selling in a highly competitive B2B sales environment
• Must have experience managing, coaching, and developing top performing sales teams
