Pure Gym, the UK's leading gym brand, is looking for a self‑employed Personal Trainer to deliver an outstanding member experience in our club in Boston, PE21. The role is permanent, full time and offers competitive earnings with the freedom to keep 100 % of your PT income.

• Deliver the highest quality personal training sessions to members, including one‑to‑one and group exercise classes.
• Induct and support new members, ensuring a safe and welcoming gym environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the gym floor and training equipment.
• Participate in mandatory training programmes and obtain a funded First Aid qualification.
• Meet the guaranteed minimum of 12 hours per week and engage in continuous up‑skilling opportunities.

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (or equivalent).
• Passion for fitness and wellbeing, with a strong commitment to the ‘Everybody Welcome’ mantra.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, supportive attitude towards members.
