Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Accountant
. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to manage high-volume invoice processing with accuracy and efficiency. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

• Process and review vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and adherence to company policies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or payment issues.
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, and checks).
• Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records.
• Assist with month‑end close activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audit requests related to accounts payable.
• Collaborate with procurement, accounting, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payables.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and enhance efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant accounting or accounts payable experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, etc.).
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
