Property Accountant - Up to $105K + Annual Bonus - Hybrid

We are looking for a Property Accountant to manage the accounting for a portfolio of industrial assets in Memphis. You’ll handle general ledger accounting, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly/annual financial reporting. This role involves close collaboration with property and asset managers to ensure accurate financial reporting and streamline processes.

• Oversee general ledger and financial reporting for multiple industrial properties
• Manage bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Collaborate with internal teams for accurate and timely reporting
• Assist with audits and ad-hoc accounting system improvements

• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in commercial real estate
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Yardi (or similar real estate software)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
