Senior Auditor

G.T. Reilly & Company is a regional CPA firm located in Milton, MA looking for a Senior Auditor and an Audit Supervisor to join our team. Both of these exciting opportunities offer unique growth potential for the right candidates who are looking for management advancement. Work with a diverse group of clients including privately held companies, manufacturers & distributors, financial institutions, service providers and real estate developers, as well as nonprofit organizations.

Senior Auditor – Immediate openings for audit professionals with 3 – 5 years’ experience in public accounting and financial reporting engagements.

Audit Supervisor – Immediate openings for audit professionals with 5 – 7 years’ experience in public accounting and financial reporting engagements.

How You’ll Spend Your Time:

• Lead engagement team staff on planning and execution of the audit, review or compilation.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the audit engagement from planning, risk assessment, staffing, fieldwork.
• Able to prepare all necessary audit reports, financial statements and related disclosures.
• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously with various teams to meet client deadlines.
• Training and mentoring staff professionally.

Desired Skills & Experience for Both Positions:

• Prior CPA firm experience a must.
• Licensed CPA or working toward completing CPA exam is preferred but not required.
• Excellent analytical, technical and auditing skills including familiarity with US GAAP.
• Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management skills, strong attention to detail, and proven innovative problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with Pro Fx is preferred.

Salary ranges:

Senior Auditor – $80,000–$100,000

Audit Supervisor – $90,000–$120,000
