Real Estate Accountant

Real Estate Accountant – Up to $85,000 + Bonus

• Competitive salary of $75,000 – $85,000 + 5% – 10% annual bonus

• Manage property accounting across residential & commercial properties

• Oversee accounts payable, invoice processing, coding, and check runs
• Reconcile financial data, including tenant charges, credit card statements, and income statements
• Assist with payroll processing and vendor compliance (W-9s, 1099s)

• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in property management or real estate
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Appfolio preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
