Commercial Property Accountant - $90,000 - $100,000 + Bonus Why You’ll Love This Job:

• Prepare monthly financials and reconciliations (CAM - tenant rents - P&L)
• Manage tenant ledgers, rent collections, and billing (utilities - CAM - percentage rent)
• Collaborate with property managers on budgets and financial reporting

• 3 - 5 years commercial real estate accounting experience
• Proficient in Yardi (or similar software) and Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with tenants and internal teams
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
• Familiarity with commercial retail lease terms, including percentage rent and CAM provisions
