A commercial real estate investment firm just outside of Boston is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and support the firm’s continued growth. This position offers strong exposure to leadership, property-level accounting, and long-term opportunities for professional advancement under a great management structure. This is a rare opening, the reason for the vacancy is due to a long‑time manager relocating.

• Competitive Compensation:
  Base salary up to $135,000, plus a 10% annual bonus

• Oversee accounting functions related to commercial real estate assets
• Review financial reports, ensure accuracy, and manage deadlines
• Supervise or review staff work, providing training and support as needed
• Implement and refine accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Collaborate across teams to ensure financial accuracy and transparency

• 6+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate, property, or asset management
• Prior experience managing staff or reviewing accounting team outputs
• Demonstrated success implementing accounting policies and ensuring compliance
• Hands‑on experience with Yardi or similar property management/accounting software
