Accounts Payable Coordinator

Position: Accounts Payable Coordinator $75,000/yr
Accounts Payable Coordinator $75,000/yr

What we offer:

• Base salary up to $75,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Review and validate incoming invoices for accuracy
• Assist Project Managers with preparing weekly payables
• Create and print monthly reports for billing and project evaluations
• Facilitate monthly invoicing processes using completed billing forms
• Compile and share monthly financial reports with Project Managers and the CFO

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience in the construction or real estate industries
• Familiarity with project contracts, invoices, and change order documents
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to adapt to new technology quickly.

Preferred Quali fications:

• Experience with Timberline/Sage 300, T-Scan, or Avid
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
