• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA required for Manager‑level candidates; progress toward CPA for Supervisor‑level candidates.
• 4+ years of public accounting or related experience.
• Prior supervisory or in‑charge experience.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
