Senior Billing Specialist

Vaco by Highspring has partnered with our client to hire a Senior Billing Specialist to fulfill a 4-month contract.

Boston - Onsite for training- 1-2 days onsite per week after

$33/hour

Responsible for invoicing and collections and assists the Cash Management team with providing guidance and support to the staff.

• Cash management, which includes invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of accounts.
• Monitor and review accounts and maintain positive relationships throughout the resolution process.
• Review and interpret invoicing.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5-8 years of work experience
• Demonstrated exceptional organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be highly detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize routine tasks and ad-hoc requests.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with analyzing detailed records, legacy accounting systems, and SAP.
