Staff Accountant

Our client, a nonprofit organization, is seeking a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end activities.

• Support daily accounting and financial operations.
• Process transactions and maintain financial records.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close activities.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Generate financial reports and maintain supporting schedules.
• Assist with audit preparation and financial documentation.
• Provide support for budgeting, reporting, and special projects.
• Ensure compliance with established accounting policies and procedures.

• 2+ years of accounting, general ledger, or reconciliation experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Nonprofit experience preferred.
