Our client is a Private Equity firm located South of Boston. They primarily invest in North America and Europe. Our client is a well-established firm with investments exceeding tens of billions of dollars. Our client is viewed as an industry leader and closely watched by PE firms from around the globe. The Fund Accounting Manager will oversee:
Fund Accounting;
Legal & Regulatory Support;
Financial Reporting; and year-end tasks such as Audit. Our client is open to the type of background desired. They are comfortable with a professional from public accounting with significant PE experience or a professional who is currently a fund accountant in the PE industry. - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- CPA highly preferred
- 5+ years of experience with PE
- Ability to work with and develop less experienced team members
- Strong GAAP knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Base Salary $145.0K-$155.0K
