Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Boston, MA – Fully Remote

Compensation: $30–$40/hour

Duration: Through January 31, 2027, with potential for extension

Start Date: Immediate

We are working with a Boston-based organization seeking an AP Specialist to join the accounting team on a contract basis. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting a high-volume AP function. The ideal candidate will have strong full-cycle AP experience, hands‑on Net Suite experience, and be available to start immediately

• Manage the full cycle Accounts Payable process
• Process and review invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments
• Perform basic cash and AP reconciliations within the GL
• Support AP-related accounting activities and maintain accurate records
• Work within a multi-entity environment, including foreign subsidiaries

• Hands‑on experience with Net Suite
• Strong full‑cycle AP experience
• Experience performing AP and/or cash reconciliations
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Multi‑entity and foreign subsidiary experience is a plus
• Biotech or life sciences experience preferred, but not required
• Available to start immediately

• $30–$40/hour
