KBW Financial Staffing is working with a growing client in Boston, MA that is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Associate to join their team. This is a full time position that is paying between $70k-$90k depending on experience, plus bonus.
The Responsibilities For This Role Will Include- Processing supplier invoices, including GL coding and timely entry for month-end close
- Preparing electronic and wire payments, and responding to supplier inquiries
- Maintaining W-9 vendor information, and supporting 1099 filings and supplier documentation
- Reviewing employee expense reports, and supporting procurement and audit requests
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience, and proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, & Outlook) and Net Suite
- Experience working in the life sciences industry is preferred
- Experience with , Quick Books, and purchase order systems such as Prendio is a plus
- Strong communication & organizational skills, and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
