Global Asset Management firm headquartered in Boston, MA is hiring for a Corporate Accountant on their Finance Operations team. This role will be directly involved in month-end close, reconciliations for finance ops, processing ACH / Wires / Checks, vendor management, monitoring of receivables and AR aging reports, and more.

- Assist with monthly reconciliations and support the accounting team during month-end close
- Assist in year-end closing activities including the annual audit
- Responsible for journal entry preparation, invoice review, management of payable / receivable ledgers
- Review, code, and process a high volume of vendor invoices
- Match invoices with purchase orders and contracts as needed
- Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Maintain organized records of accounts payable transactions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and enhance workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with AP, AR, or GL Accounting
- Proficiency in Excel / Systems
- Interest in growth and promotion within the company
