Mutual Fund Accountant

Are you experienced in Mutual Fund Accounting and Financial Reporting
? We are seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to support the preparation of financial statements, regulatory filings, and fund reporting for registered investment companies.

• Prepare annual, semi-annual, and quarterly financial statements for mutual funds
• Assist with SEC and regulatory filings (N-CSR, 24F-2, N-Q, N-SAR)
• Review fund expenses, accruals, and reporting data for accuracy
• Maintain reporting calendars and meet critical deadlines
• Support regulatory compliance and investment company reporting requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams and assist with process improvements
• Review work completed by junior team members and support special projects

• 3-5 years of Mutual Fund Accounting or related Mutual Fund experience
• 1-2 years of Financial Reporting experience
• Bachelor's Degree (Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred)
• Experience with registered investment company reporting is highly preferred
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC filings, and investment fund reporting processes
