OCP is seeking a hands-on, analytically minded M&A Finance Integration Analyst. This role will lead key acquisition finance work streams, support financial systems and reporting integration, and partner with corporate and local teams to onboard newly acquired businesses. This role will also support monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting while improving processes to support H2

OCP’s continued acquisition growth.

• Lead accounting integration work streams for smaller acquisitions, including opening balance sheets, QoE roll-forwards, net working capital and minimum cash true-ups, and other post-close accounting requirements. Support more complex acquisitions alongside the Accounting Integration Manager and own the A&F integration checklist to ensure key milestones and deadlines are met.
• Own initial chart-of-accounts mapping, historical financial data imports, and accounting system integration, partnering with Accounting, Data, and local teams to transition newly acquired businesses onto H2
  
  OCP's financial systems and reporting infrastructure.
• Participate in financial diligence and acquisition-related discussions, working closely with the Business Development team to understand historical financials, identify accounting considerations, and prepare for post-close integration.
• Support the initial monthly close and financial reporting processes for newly acquired businesses, ensuring financial information is accurate, reconciled, and appropriately transitioned to the regional accounting teams.
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Data, and local finance teams to understand existing processes, resolve integration challenges, and ensure a smooth transition into H2
