Sr. Accounting Manager; Real Estate Debt

• Compensation: 135000 to 145000 base rangeplus 20 percent bonus target

• Lead day to day and period end accounting for assigned debt fund portfolios ensuring accurate and timely reporting
• Review reconciliations and financial statements prepared by the team including offshore resources
• Prepare fund financial statements consolidation entries and key balance sheet and income statement support
• Drive audit execution across planning interim and year end and ensure deliverables are met
• Deliver quarterly reporting aligned to investor requirements and partnership agreements
• Support internal reporting needs such as cash needs flash reporting and ad hoc analysis
• Improve processes controls and documentation while coaching and developing team members

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 5 - 7+years of progressive accounting experience
• Fund accounting and financial statement preparation experience
• Strong communication and ability to manage competing priorities
• CPA or CPA eligible
• Real estate fund accounting experience, ideally with debt investment exposure
• Comfort working with investor reporting and partnership documentation

Candidates with public accounting Audit experience at the Manager or Senior level would also be considered
