Essential Responsibilities
  • Process weekly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Audit and balance payroll input to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Review and validate new hire entries, employee changes, and terminations.
  • Enter and maintain data related to direct deposits, adjustments, and special pay.
  • Assist with stop payment and reissue requests in coordination with the Payroll Analyst and Operations.
  • Set up and distribute Wisely Pay.
  • Prepare and distribute labor and payroll reports for management.
  • Maintain weekly roster reports and assist with related data.
  • Send weekly audit trails (e.g., overtime, active/no-pay, exceptions).
  • Track and report PTO usage.
  • Maintain and distribute payroll timesheets and EPAY contact information.
  • Provide responsive and professional customer service to employees and managers regarding payroll and timekeeping issues.
  • Support payroll-related and administrative projects as needed.
Basic Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a payroll-related role.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now (ADP Vantage or EPAY a plus).
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent technical credential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of multi‑state wage and hour regulations.
  • Familiarity with federal and state labor compliance.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
