Overview

Office Manager role at Centerfield — Boston office. We’re seeking an outgoing, energetic professional who can wear multiple hats and manage daily office logistics, serve as the point of contact for employees and vendors, and coordinate local engagement events.

Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Be the office receptionist for visitors and vendors
  • Serve as the point person for office management duties including maintenance, janitorial coordination, shipping, supplies and equipment ordering, errands, and food/snacks
  • Address employees  office management inquiries (stationery, hardware, etc.)
  • Maintain the office condition and layout
  • Manage office projects/duties as assigned
  • Assist with new hire SWAG coordination
  • Assist in content creation and maintain/grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, Linked In); comfortable on camera and self-recording
  • Collaborate with Culture Team to plan events
  • Create and track office/events budgets
What We re Looking For
  • Bachelor s Degree
  • 2-4 years of experience as an Office Manager
  • Knowledge of general office responsibilities, systems, and procedures
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Hands-on experience with office machines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and ability to multitask
  • Office facility organizational skills
Bonus Points
  • Administrative Assistant experience
  • Event planning/coordination experience
