RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules, tasks, and workflows.
- Proficiency in preparing professional-quality documents, presentations, and reports.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling and project management tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to draft correspondence and interact effectively with diverse audiences.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive approach to identifying issues and providing effective solutions.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and maintain the highest levels of confidentiality.
