Overview

Under the supervision of the Site Administrator and/or designee, the Building Assistant will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

* Maintenance and upkeep of facilities.

* Maintaining appropriate records for monthly reports.

* Taking inventory and ordering monthly building supplies.

* Managing and coordinating facility usage by internal and external means.

* Providing facility security (Building lock-up, monitoring membership desk, lobby).

* Performing related work as required.

Minimum Entrance Qualifications

* One (1) year of experience in Facilities Maintenance preferred.

* Good communication and organizational skills are preferred.

* Must be detail-oriented.

* Ability to work with diverse populations preferred.

* Ability to exercise good judgment and focus on detail as required by the job.

* Must have and maintain a current Massachusetts Driver's License.

BOSTON RESIDENCY REQUIRED
