Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Data Entry
We are seeking candidates for an Office Coordinator position to join a successful wealth management firm located near Brighton, MA. The Office Coordinator will support the tax team during their busy season. This position will be responsible for managing the intake and processing of client tax documentations, ensuring accurate entry into tax software, and providing additional administrative assistance to the tax team.
The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience preferably within professional services, accounting, or tax environments.
This is a 4-month contract position that will pay $25-35/hr (depending on experience) within a 40-hour workweek. This position is required to be onsite 5 days/week in their office.
Responsibilities- Receive, log, and organize incoming paper tax organizers and client documentation.
- Accurately scan, label, and file documents within the firm’s electronic systems.
- Enter and update client information in the firm’s tax software.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all files are complete and ready for review.
- Print, assemble, and distribute documents as needed to support the tax preparation process.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client and firm information.
- Previous administrative experience required; experience in a professional services, accounting, or tax environment strongly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in scanning, printing, and basic computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook and Word.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
