We've partnered with our client who is seeking a Merchandising Support specialist to provide data entry support for its team. This project is expected to last 4 weeks with potential to go longer. Fully onsite and normal business hours.

Responsibilities
  • Enter large volumes of cost and code updates using Excel files.

  • Maintain and update product, vendor, and cost data in an internal database system.

  • Cross-check entries by exporting data and verifying accuracy against source spreadsheets.

  • Assist with broader data clean-up tasks, such as removing outdated entries and standardizing fields.

  • Ensure a high level of accuracy, as mistakes can be time-consuming to fix.

  • May coordinate with teammates in other time zones to ensure consistent coverage.

Requirements
  • Strong Excel skills, especially VLOOKUP

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to self-review work

  • Comfortable working quickly and accurately with numerical data

  • Familiarity with Excel functions is preferred

  • ERP or merchandising systemsis a plus, but not required
