We've partnered with our client who is seeking a Merchandising Support specialist to provide data entry support for its team. This project is expected to last 4 weeks with potential to go longer. Fully onsite and normal business hours.
ResponsibilitiesEnter large volumes of cost and code updates using Excel files.
Maintain and update product, vendor, and cost data in an internal database system.
Cross-check entries by exporting data and verifying accuracy against source spreadsheets.
Assist with broader data clean-up tasks, such as removing outdated entries and standardizing fields.
Ensure a high level of accuracy, as mistakes can be time-consuming to fix.
May coordinate with teammates in other time zones to ensure consistent coverage.
Strong Excel skills, especially VLOOKUP
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to self-review work
Comfortable working quickly and accurately with numerical data
Familiarity with Excel functions is preferred
ERP or merchandising systemsis a plus, but not required
