University Administrative Assistant (Boston Hybrid – $24/hr)

We’re looking for a University Administrative Assistant to support the Registrar’s Office with student records, registration, and administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and experience in higher education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist students, parents, and faculty with class registration, transcripts, and general inquiries
  • Support academic administration, including graduation processing and transfer evaluations
  • Manage student records, cross‑registration, grading, and reporting duties
  • Oversee office operations, including supplies, equipment maintenance, and student worker training
What You Need:
  • 2-3 years of experience in higher education or a customer service‑driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience with CRM/SIS systems (Ellucian Banner preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
