Wellington Management offers comprehensive investment management capabilities that span nearly all segments of the global capital markets. Our investment solutions, tailored to the unique return and risk objectives of institutional clients in more than 60 countries, draw on a robust body of proprietary research and a collaborative culture that encourages independent thought and healthy debate. About

the Role

The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide comprehensive support to four leaders of our Investment Implementation and Trading team, to include the Department Head. This role serves as the key gatekeeper and coordinator for the executives, requiring a high level of judgment, discretion, and outstanding collaboration across a broad community of both internal and external parties.

The ideal candidate is an experienced administrative professional with a demonstrated ability to work with senior executives in a financial or professional services environment. The Executive Assistant must exhibit exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced, logistically complex, and deadline-driven environment, paired with a proactive, anticipatory mindset and strong problem-solving skills.

We believe that being together in person better equips us to respond to dynamic market changes. Our current hybrid model—four days in the office and one day remote—encourages collaboration, fosters spontaneous interactions that are less likely to occur in virtual settings, and supports a healthy balance between teamwork and individual flexibility.
